Rapid on-site Service!

In an event of emergencies where it is impossible to solve the machine-related problem through our online services or our customers are unable to solve the problems on their own, Maxtex's engineers from the Head Quarter, Agent, Business Unit, Service Network, and Maxtex Service Network are readily available to visit the site and provide support to our customers to solve the problems, in order to minimize the downtime. Every service vehicle of Maxtex is equipped with a GPS so we can monitor the location of the service vehicle and notify the nearest engineer to the customers to get to them as soon as possible.
