We compared the nutritional contents of cooked brown rice flour and wheat flour below 2020 USDA and NIH data. Wheat flour is contained Glutamine and Gliadin and as we have known Glutamine is not good for health and most people have a Gluten allergy. Wheat flour is not the best choice for everybody. Brown rice flour enhances cooking with a nutty flavor and is therefore often used for baking bread, cakes, and even for thickening sauces.
Brown rice flour also serves as a gluten-free alternative and has higher nutrients.
